It has all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay and features an outdoor pergola, landscaped gardens and a large outdoor swimming pool to the rear. Near the historic towns of Chinon and Richelieu and overlooking the area’s famous château, La Guimarderie is ideally situated with some fantastic views across surrounding countryside.
All of the property’s rental income is donated to the Landirani Trust, a registered charity (1113786) which supports Malawian orphans who have been affected by Aids, illness or malnutrition, offering them hope and a chance in life.
